There are moments when we need better control over the mouse, even if it's an expensive device, with numerous buttons and settings. Mouse Button Control provides you with a few simple but useful options for your mouse, which enable you to manipulate the cursor with greater precision. If you need to move something only a few pixels away, you will definitely appreciate what this lightweight application can do for you.

Mouse Button Control is free to try for a limited time but without any functionality restrictions. It takes only a few seconds to download and install the application, and there is no need to set up any prerequisite tools. You can run the software right away, but you will have to specify your email first, as well as a company name, for some reason.

The application provides you with a compact user interface, on which you will find a drop-down menu and a series of checkboxes for different settings. All you have to do is click the checkbox next to the settings you want to make, and they will be applied instantly. The software can convert the middle mouse button to double-click, so if you have to navigate through numerous folders and you're tired of the constant clicking sound, you can use the middle button to reduce the number of times you have to press the left button.

A more useful feature is the possibility of making the cursor keys on your keyboard move the mouse cursor on the screen. You can choose to use the arrow keys alone or together with the ALT button, to avoid moving the cursor by mistake. This is particularly useful if you're designing something and you need to place an object with pinpoint accuracy. What's more, you can use some of the NumPad keys to toggle between holding down and releasing the left, right or middle mouse button, if you tick the appropriate options. This way, you will have full control to manipulate objects pixel by pixel.

Mouse Button Control offers one of the simplest solutions for one of the best controls over the mouse cursor.

Pros

You can use the arrow keys to control the mouse cursor pixel by pixel. The application lets you use NumPad keys to click. It is also possible to use the middle mouse button to double-click.

Cons

Specifying a company name is mandatory when you launch the application for the first time.
